X1 pro not connecting

Bought a X1 pro stepper pump, plugged it in got it all setup and then went to actually install it and then I couldn’t reconnect, just started running when I plugged it back in and said offline on the app, so deleted it from the app, tried again to connect and it won’t let me reset it again but it has a Wi-Fi signal, so I tried anyways and once it hits 60 percent it times out, have tried it next to my home router and still nothing, have tried with other phones and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. The pump works, when I connect to power it comes on but, I can’t control the ml/min.

Thank you for contacting us, I can help you get your pump connected.

Please follow the instructions below to connect your pump to WiFi:

Before you start, please make sure you are connected to 2.4g WiFi network, you cannot connect the pump to 5g WiFi. Please move the pump and your phone/tablet right next to the router. Completely kill the app (Kamoer remote) on your phone or tablet. Follow the steps below to connect to your dosing pump:

- Plug in power adapter to wall outlet

- Plug power adapter into the back of the pump (DC 12V IN)

- Immediately after the Red LED comes on, hold down the reset button for 2-3 seconds until the RED LED flashes TWICE and then let go of the reset button, after about 6 seconds the LED will start flashing rapidly BLUE.

- Open the app on your phone or tablet (Kamoer remote) and press the + symbol to add the pump.

- You will see a list of different model pumps scroll down the list to the X1 Pro listed under Kamoer and select it.

- Next screen - Select "I have connected Home WiFi"

- Next screen - your home Wi-Fi SSID will auto-populate, enter your Wi-Fi password, and select NEXT

- Next screen - Select “light is flashing fast and continuously" and select Next.

- Your unit will now begin connecting. Once it has connected it will then "bind" the pump and then it is ready to use/program.

You may have to try a couple of times but once it makes the initial connection you can move the pump to its permanent location. If the pump will not connect after several tries, move your phone and pump about 20ft away from your router and try again.

If you are still having trouble after following these steps please let me know.

I have tried the above several times and it will not connect. It gets stuck on 60%.

Sorry to hear that you again are having similar issues. Please make sure that when connecting with your mobile device itself is connected to the 2.4ghz signal. Also, make sure that you temporarily move the doser near your wireless router. It may help to delete and re-install the app itself as sometimes users get stuck in a loop when binding new pumps. The 60% is an error which could be a low or unstable 2.4ghz signal and/or an improper wifi password.
