I have two XF-280 that I would like to control via Neptune Apex. Is there any way to connect these to Neptune Apex like the lower models? I know that an interface module is required for the lower models, is there one available for this model or that will work for this model?

Unfortunately not at this time. The IceCap Module is not compatible with the XF280 pumps.

Is there any plan for ICeCap to release a module for this pump in the future?

Add my vote to the “Apex interface required!” For the XF-280. I spent that much and it’s not APEX-ready (like all the other models). Not sure what the downside or obstacle to putting out the interface but the community wants one!

+1 I would like to control my 280's from my Apex. Just like Scott, I don't understand why the 280 is the only model not Apex ready.

It has to do with the IceCam module only capable of handling 24v pumps. The XF280 is a 36v pump so the module cannot handle it. It has nothing to do with programming... it is a hardware issue. The 36v chip on the module would make the module very very expensive.

Hi Carlos, thanks for the reply. These pumps produce amazing flow and I've very happy with my purchase. Just hoping that Maxspect sees the growing market demand for an Apex ready XF280 and either develops or licenses an interface module. I don't think the cost would be much more as the XF280 controller is cheaper then both the 230 and 250 controller.
