I will be sending you the invoice shortly. The air circulation motor on my new Regal external skimmer has not functioned well since day 1. I will provide you with the invoice shortly and wanted to start this warranty process. The model and serial number for the motor is attached. The shaft connecting the magnet to the impeller is broken and there were no blockages. I will need a replacement asap since this supports a 1000 gallon system.
