I have an icecap 660 ballast that is a few years old running 4 - 54w t5's. I just switched it from running 2 - 54w t5's to the 4 bulb configuration. The bulbs are brand new and were working fine for about 2 weeks and it will not light the bulbs. i performed the continuity test and it appears to be fine and i double checked the fuse and the wiring. When the ballast is switched on, it makes a crackling noise and then trips the power strip. Do you have any suggestions? I appreciate your time.

Flat rate to repair. If the circuit board is not repairable we can replace for $90.00. Will not replace board without your approval.
