I recently had services performed on my home network, and now the SYNA-G app wont connect to my ICV6 controller. I tried to re-establish the connection by holding the power button on the controller for 4-6 seconds but the red disk never flashes or shows at all. I did unplug the ICV6 for a few minutes, and then tried again but with the same results, the red disk icon never shows or flashes after I hold down the power button.
I also tried resetting my home router ( just in case )
Is there a way to reset the ICV6 controller? maybe some kind of key combo to fully reset it? - or do I need to buy a new one ?

Yes, on the ICV6 controller, press and hold the power button until the red light turns solid.

My problem is that no amount of pressing and holding the power button changes the display. I only get the 2 blue icons and the red light never shows.
I have unplugged the unit for a few minutes and re-started that way, THEN tried the power button reset as well but no red light shows either way.
