My SECOND pump stopped working

I had this ATO since last August, however I had to get the pump replaced a few months later. Now here I am in January and the same problem is reoccurring with the new pump. It continuously beeps and won’t fill the tank. Or it will refill but then randomly start beeping. Using the reset button does not even work anymore. I have no clue what to do because without it, my 9 gallon nano could crash. Does anyone have a solution?
