My Order?

On 2/21/16 I ordered the Icecap K2 120 from fishtanksdirect.com. By 2/21/16 I had heard nothing regarding my order, yet they received my money. I contacted them via email. On 2/23/16 they called to tell me that they did not have the Skimmer in stock and that Coralvue would be sending me a tracking number that day.
Well here it is the 2/24/16 and I've heard nothing from Coralvue about my order.
To say I'm a little upset is putting it mildly.

Thank you but you will need to contact them directly. Most likely we are drop shipping the order but if they have not sent us the order yet, then we cannot send it. Also, all tracking information is sent to the retailer (that is how drop shipping works) so they are the ones that would be providing you with the tracking information.
