Hi! I have a reef octopus XS200 and I was trying to put it in my sump to see where to put my division (I'm building the sump) and knock the motor on the side of the sump and it broked a piece of the body where it holds the motor...is the warranty cover that? It never see water yet, I was only dry fitting to see how much spaced it needed, please help I was in the middle of my new tank build :(

Unfortunately that would not be covered by the warranty. We can offer you repair service or if you would like, we can offer you a replacement body only without the pump or collection cup as you already have that.

Let me know and I can quote you prices,

Carole,

Can you please attach a picture of the body of the skimmer so we can see the version you have and if we still have it in stock?
