Hi all, i need a replacement pump for my super reef octopus 2000sss. the problem i"m having is my skimmer
is maybe 3 yrs and it looks like you changed it a bit. my pump has the air inlet tube on top of the water inlet, but whats different is where air mixes with the water. mine goes straight up into the chamber where as the ones on your website go off at 90.

any help would be apprecited! thanks Mark

Are you referring to this model:

Just want to double check that we are talking about the same SSS skimmer. Otherwise, can you please provide pictures of your skimmer with the pump installed?

Thank you,

Carlos

Mark,

Our website literature refers to the pump as a Bubble Blaster 2000. I double checked everything and did not find it referring to the Bubble Blaster 1000.

Regardless, how old is your skimmer and how old is the pump? If it is more than 3 years old, then it is out of warranty and you will need to purchase a new pump. Here is the link...

If the pump is less than 3 years old and you have proof of purchase, then please start a ticket using the "Submit a Ticket" link to we can start the warranty process.
