The gate valve is not working properly. I will have it set and it will be working fine until I have to shut it off to clean it, then it will either have to much bubbles or not enough in fact all I need to do is just touch the top of the gate valve, not adjusting it, just touch it and it will change the amount of bubbles it makes. I would not think that just touching the gate valve should affect it. I see nothing wrong with the valve. I don't know what is wrong, any suggestions?

Please remove the gate valve and inspect it for damage, debris and proper operation. You should be able rotate the handle and the black disc will either slowly go up or down depending on the direction you are turning the valve.
