R420R blue channel not working.

I have two R420R 120 W units. About a week ago, the blue channel on one stopped working.

I assume the cause is electrical wiring or electronic and not burned out LEDs since all seemed to stop working at once. Nothing unusual happened during this time that I can think of that might account for the problem.

How can I get these repaired?

Would this likely be covered by warranty?

One of the driver coils has failed on your Maxspect Razor. We have replacement driver boards that I can send you to return your Razor to working condition. The repair is very easy, all that is needed is a Phillips head and small flathead screwdrivers. Otherwise you can return the Razor to us and we will perform the service for you. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

One year warranty from date of purchase on the Razor, how long have you had it?
