I have had a reef octopus b h-100 for 2 weeks and the pump stopped working? Could I get a new one under warranty? I bought the item from e-bay just recently and can send any proof.

Did you take the pump apart and inspected the impeller?
Please use the "submit a ticket" link and be sure to include the pump's model and serial number. Also attach proof of purchase (must have the sellers information, date, description of item purchased and price) using the paper clip icon. Once we receive ALL information, we will start the warranty process.
