I want to direct the outflow from my Bio-Pellet reactor into the Bubble Blaster INTAKE so as to have the nutrient rich result processed by my SRO 2000 Internal before it goes into my tank. Are there any adapters for the Venturi section pump nose cone that will allow multiple INTAKE sources to the BB pump?

Unfortunately there are none. You can just plumb the outflow of the biopellet reactor to be right by your skimmers intake. That will ensure that any water coming out of the reactor is pulled by the skimmer's pump as it exits the biopellet reactor.
