That is a question that only you can answer. Flow is very subjective so what may be too much flow for you may not be enough for someone else. The only way to know is to add that pump and see how you and your corals like it. At the end of the day, your corals will tell you if they have too much flow or not. Every tank is different so the only way to know is to test and see.
