I have a Reef octopus in sump protein skimmer ( Model XP-1000SSS) that the bubble blaster pump is no longer providing any bubble output into the column.. It is no longer under warranty. Not sure how to trouble-shoot the cause. I see you sell parts at your site but don't know what I need. Do you provide repair service for skimmer pumps or if not, is there an equivalent pump on the market that I can replace it with? Thanks.

My son checked it out and thought it looked ok but saw a digger on the rotor. Could that cause it?
