New Ruggedized propeller bushings don't seem to fit both sides of rotors

I purchased two Maxspect xf150's around 4 months ago. I recently purchased extra durable bushings and 4 sets of propellers. I was careful to inspect the flat surface on the rotor and the triangle on the bushing. One side of the rotor fits the bushing fine while the other side rotor is too thick and the bushing goes on partially. At first the propeller would not spin, it was stuck - the red light on the controller was on. I later adjusted and the propeller started to spin. However, the torque and little grab on the bushing stripped the bushing.
The dimensions of the white rotor is different on each side of the motor. I tried numerous bushings and both Gyre's. Same issue. Thanks.

I submitted another response. The new magnets came but, the bushings don't fit on them either.

The force seems excessive. I cannot get the plastic bushing pieces on the rotor. Once the new rugged bushings are on the rotor, are they meant to ever come off? I can post a youtube video, if it will help.

Carlos,
I may be doing something wrong. I see the flat spot on the white rotor. I
see the flat spot on the bushing. These bushings are very rigid. They only
fit onto the rotor 0.148 inches of a total bushing length of 0.436 inches
(34%). I tried pushing really hard. (I can dumbbell press 80's per hand).
Have you tried installing? There's something not right.
Please help.

Did this ever get resolved? I just tried installing the new propellers and am having the exact same issue. I don't want to push harder then I am and I cannot get them on.
