Ato pump not working

My ato has been working for a while no problem. However now, it just keeps beeping. I checked all connections and equipment a d the pump seems to be the issue. I pulled the pump and watched the impeller, once you reset it, the pump impeller twitches and then immediately starts beeping again. It will not spin the impeller. I have cleaned it even though it wasnt dirty and still same issue. How can I get a replacement pump or is there another issue I am missing?
