HI, I am ordering the HOB BH 2000 Skimmer online to be used in Dubai, UAE. Since this product is imported from the U.S, and uses 110V electricity can this product be used in UAE where we use 220V.

No. The pump is rated for 120v. You would need to purchase the skimmer from a local vendor in order to get the pump that is rated for 220v.
