KH Carer not keeping timesync

I have a newly purchased KH Carer, that is via app version 2.8.0, and Carer firmware version KH_Carer_EN-3.5.0.9 / firmware version 1.1.1

Not keeping timesync settings..
Can set - sync time successfully via setup - Time Setting - Time Sync

Shows completed successfully..app & firmware aligned...but as soon as I reconnect via Kamoer remote app, it is out of sync again.
