When I have the gyre 350 in constant mode it makes no noise but in LtC mode it makes a noise when it is adjusting tbt flow? Not sure, please explain further

If the pump is on an alternating speed the will be an audible sound from the motor block. If the noise is out of the ordinary, I would make sure the cage bushings do not have debris on them or needing replacement.

The sound is coming from the controller and not the pump. This is a brand new unit. Like I said when I have in constant mode - no sound at all -
