Came home and skinnier was making a air gurgling noise cleaned skimmer and still makes noise if I hold my finger on air inlet it goes away

Yes the silencer in on and it worked fine then power went out briefly and it has not wanted to work properly I did the bleed procedure multiple times

Have you allowed it to run for a day or so after power came back on to see if the issue goes away?

Yes I have and I even just turned it off to let it rest have not started it back up yet
