Hi I had my Gyre running last night and it was on constant mode. This morning when I woke it the pump was off and the controller was off too. I checked to see if it was still plugged in and it was, however the batter would only flash green. I tried a different outlet on another wall and same thing happened.

Hi. I am having the same problem like Nathan. I just bought my Gyre XF230 with just one pump. Bought it with Dr. Foster and Smith. It arrived on Oct 23rd and installed it immediately. I was so happy and excited to see it how it was performing very well in my tank. Checked the following morning Oct 24th, before going to work and it was still working beautifully. However after arriving home from work I noticed it was not working. NO water circulation nor gyre motion. The power supply unit has blinking green light and the Controller Unit is off and has no settings nor showing any digital settings. I attempted to press the modes botton but no avail. I tried unplug and replug, and used different outlet, still NOT powering on nor functioning. Please advise.

I have the same problem. I wish someone would have wrote if they got it resolved. I did submit a ticket, but as it's Friday evening and they won't respond until Monday, I figure I'll just pull the unit and go get a refund.
