I’m interested in purchasing a DIMTEC Giesemann Matrixx II 8x80watt T5 Fixture; however will it fit a 48 inch tank using the universal mounting bracket?

The 80 watt fixture has 60 inch bulbs on it so it will not fit your 48 inch tank.

Ok. I’m trying to make a sale here. How about the Gm mtx718. It’s a 8x54 watt. They both say length is 49.2 inches. Even the 80 watt says 49.2 inches on website. Regardless, which is good for a 48 inch tank?
