Good morning,
Quite some time ago I bought an sawc-200p, and let me tell you it is a LIFE CHANGER. Since then I’ve been waiting for it to die so I could buy the newer version. It did so I did. (The touch screen stopped responding) My issue is the output on pump one is putting out 2.446vdc continuously, causing the pump to run slowly filling up my sump. The other 2 outputs are putting out 12ish millivolts, which is just monitoring voltage.
Is this normal for pump 1 output to be putting out that much voltage or is this unit defective?
