Maxspect 27 inch Razor R42OR 10k led light fixture

Hello,
I bought this light from marine depot May 2013. They told me because it is over a year old, it is not covered by warranty and to contact you. The blue lights have stopped working and I need to get this fixed. It is only 1.5 years old and it claims to have a life of 10+ years. I paid $520 for it. Do you know what I should do?
