Algae scrubber issues

Hello,

I have been running a scrubber for about 8 months. During that time I have struggled to get flow through the middle of the screen. All of the flow goes to the outside edges. I have tried to change flow rates and make minor mods but nothing seems to change this. I also had one of the plastic water deflector clips on the outside of tube break. I made something out of plexus but it is not as tight. I need to purchase another.
