I have 2 Gyre 250 with Ice cap modules linked to an apex on the back wall of my aquarium. The right gyre is responding correctly and running at the program I have set up. The left one is not however and is using the same program. No matter what I do the interface module set to left runs the Grye at 50%. I have plugged both gyres into both modules so I know it is an issue with the left Module. Is there a way to rest the module?

You will need to recalibrate the modules to match the actual motor block attached to it.
To recalibrate the module, please do the following:
1. Disconnect the pump
2. Plug module into power (with no pump connected or jack on the side)
3. Run it until the light goes Red (around 30 seconds)
4. Unplug module from power
5. Plug in the pump
6. Power up module
Let me know if the issues continue after recalibrating the module to the pump connected to it.

Did you unplug the pump or cable from the side of the module? If the cable is left attached, it wont work. Nothing must be attached to the side of the module. the only thing that should be attached to the module is the power cable.

Yes the only thing attached was the power cable. I even left it completely unplugged for 5 minutes then tried just plugging the power back on. The green light stays on and does not change to red
