Alarm going off but water level is good

Had this ATO For over two years and it has been working great. This week the alarm started going off for no apparent reason and will not stop even after I reset it. The water level in the sump is fine and there’s plenty of water in the reservoir tank. I cleaned the sensor so that is not the issue. Any thoughts?
